Spencer Apprenticeships ranked first for Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship achievement
Spencer Apprenticeships, part of Spencer Academies Trust, has been ranked first in a national comparison of Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship providers, following the publication of the latest Department for Education achievement data.
Find a Training Provider ranked Spencer Academies Trust first in its table of 39 providers, based on official 2024/25 achievement rates published by the Department for Education. Spencer Apprenticeships achieved an impressive 89.2% achievement rate, significantly above the 75% national average for the Teaching Assistant standard.
The results also place Spencer Apprenticeships first in the East Midlands, reflecting the quality of training and support provided to apprentices across the programme.
This fantastic achievement recognises the hard work and commitment of our apprentices, their employers and the Spencer Apprenticeships team, and demonstrates the impact of high-quality professional training in supporting people to develop their skills and careers in education.
