Spencer Science Workshops

As a Trust, we are committed to investing in the professional development of every member of staff. Our ambition is for all schools to work in partnership, ensuring that every young person in our care receives the very best science education. We recognise the impact that high-quality professional development has on improving outcomes and helping to close attainment gaps between key student groups. By developing the people within our academies, we aim to create a culture where everyone can contribute, grow and flourish.
Below is a summary of the science professional development sessions available across all secondary schools. These sessions will be delivered by subject experts from both our schools and the central team.
All sessions are free to attend for all Spencer staff and will run for one hour online (via Microsoft Teams) from 3.30 to 4.30pm.
